Shipping Policy

In compliance with Tennessee state law, Central Bottle does not offer shipping for alcoholic beverages. All purchases must be picked up in-store at our Happy Holler location.

In-Store Pickup:

• Orders placed online or by phone are available for in-store pickup during our regular business hours.
• Please bring a valid photo ID showing proof of age (21 or older) when picking up your order.
• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders not collected within 30 days may be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of alcoholic beverages are final. We do not accept returns on wine or spirits unless the product is damaged or defective at the time of pickup.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you discover that an item is damaged or defective upon pickup, please let us know immediately.
• To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info (at) centralbottleshop.com within 48 hours of pickup.
• We will assess the claim and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
